My household has been attempting to follow the Keto diet for the past month. We’ve all seen some results, but it’s really hard to fight the cravings at this point during the lifestyle shift. Honestly, I was pretty impressed with Inbru. The first brew of coffee I did I didn’t add enough to the brew basket, so it was very subtle. I like more of a stronger flavor, so I tried it again. It probably wasn’t the best idea to polish off almost two entire pots of coffee that day, but I took one for the team to experiment with Inbru. I don’t regret it. I got a lot done that day!
